A non-refundable advance payment is required before project work begins. The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or website launch. Delayed or incomplete payments can cause project delays or suspension. The client agrees to clear all dues for extra features, revisions, or third-party services not included in the initial scope.

All website design elements, code, and project files will remain the property of the developer until full payment is received. Once the payment is completed, ownership is transferred to the client. However, third-party plugins, themes, and licensed tools remain subject to their respective terms and may require separate purchase.
